Each quarter, I lead the creation and delivery of a comprehensive social media analytics report that reflects the performance and impact of our content across all six platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
For Q1, I gathered and compiled data from each platform using native analytics tools, focusing on metrics like engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance. From there, I interpreted the numbers to identify trends, audience behaviors, and standout content pieces.
My presentation to the Marketing and Communications department went beyond the numbers, highlighting key takeaways, discussing what’s working, identifying areas for growth, and recommending strategic next steps to guide our content and platform strategies moving forward.
This ongoing work not only supports data-driven decision-making for our campaigns, but also aligns our digital storytelling with institutional goals, ensuring our online presence remains strong, informed, and purpose-driven.
